Terms of Service

1. The service
TeamCast provides software for service providers to manage bookings, crew, invoicing and payments, and for clients to find and book those providers. TeamCast is a platform: contracts for services are made directly between provider and client, and TeamCast is not a party to them.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) under their own terms. Invoice amounts, taxes and payment terms are set by the provider issuing the invoice, who is solely responsible for their accuracy.
4. Content and conduct
You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You must not upload unlawful content or use the platform to send spam.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
